CountryMark | Mt. Vernon, IN
While understated, efficient, practical, functional and durability drove many of the design goals and decisions associated with the approach to CountryMark’s new 16,000 sq.ft. office building – the value placed on employee satisfaction, and cooperative member comfort were top of mind as we approached the layout and furniture selections for their 26 offices, 40 workstations and smattering of collaboration, break and wellness rooms. As a farmer owned cooperative since 1919 – the culture of quality and integrity shine through here in this office.
Welborn Foundation | Evansville, IN
When Welborn Foundation secured their nearly 9,000 sq.ft. of space it became the perfect opportunity to not only provide new office and workstation spaces for their nearly twenty person staff, but also to support their mission of “Cultivating Communities that Flourish” through their Welborn Community Room & Collaboration Hub – designed to be a flexible multi-user space available at no cost to non-profits seeking a spaces to connect, collaborate, host meetings and support their local community.
Henderson Municipal Power & Light | Henderson, KY
This new 58,000 sq.ft. facility was designed to house all departments for HMPL and to better support their staff and serve the Henderson community. The furnishings tie seamlessly into the industrial backdrop, with warm natural wood tones, greenery and accents of the HMPL “blue.” The entry lobby lounge seating provides a hospitable welcome that flows through into the open collaboration and private meeting spaces. All 20 private offices we designed with user function, efficiency, ergonomics and comfort in mind – all while being fiscally responsible.
True Rx | Washington, IN
True Rx used this new 15,000 sq.ft. building as an opportunity to shift to a very open and collaborative environment for their staff, leaning on our designers to group teams strategically to reduce wasted space and improve the flow of communication while maintaining individual privacy and enhanced ergonomics as they transitioned away from all private offices. We focused on keeping the space bright and relaxing to host 94 workstations, 11 offices and a handful of small meeting rooms, an employee lounge and training room. We maintained access to natural light while infusing some fun pops of color.
Corporate Cafeteria | Confidential Client
We provided the furniture, fixtures, and accessories for this beautiful new cafeteria. Everything – from the furniture to the flooring – was designed, specified, and installed by Business Environments.
ETFCU Main Office & Administration Building | Evansville, IN
We partnered with The Redmond Company out of Waukesha, Wisconsin to provide the furniture, fixtures and accessories for ETFCU’s new 82,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. Everything within the drywall of the structure (excluding built-ins) was designed, specified, and installed by Business Environments, including demountable walls, furniture, flooring, wallcovering, art, and accessories.
Expressway Dodge | Evansville, IN
This project started as a completely blank slate. We worked with Expressway’s recruiting and retention manager and the contractors to bring their ideas to fruition. Our involvement early on in the construction process enabled us to determine the best possible furniture solution and have the walls built to accommodate it. In the end we provided furniture for six different departments with varying needs.
